Petro Barasun was formed in 2008 with a clear purpose: turn engineering knowledge into dependable field execution.

An integrated company born from the experience of industry leaders.

From day one, the company centred responsibility, execution excellence, current technology and disciplined growth. Its scope grew across offshore facilities, refineries, petrochemicals, power, renewables and onshore infrastructure.

Building offshore depth

The portfolio opens with Soroosh and SWP2 renovations, then expands through Nasr risers, Balal landing structures and the FSU flexible-riser campaign.

From pipelines to heavy fabrication

Abouzar and Khark pipelines, terminal maintenance, Hengam installation and the 1,250-tonne A20/A21 topsides deepened the company’s delivery chain.

Dorood monitoring, replacement boat landings and Saba Foolad HBI commissioning show a team spanning structures, instrumentation and operational handover.

Two Khorramshahr yards built for serious modules.

The first Arvand Free Zone yard covers about 5,000 m². A second 25,000 m² river-side yard enables simultaneous work on three modules and sea load-out of heavy structures.
